Repair Supervision

We can also carry out repair supervision, overseeing and monitoring the repair of vessels ensuring that the repairs carried out are within budget and time constraints and ensure that all testing is carried out to meet client specifications and conform to class, IMO and SOLAS requirements. We can also oversee new build and vessel conversion supervision and inspection with timely progress reports to the clients.

We can assist to oversee the construction or conversion of an offshore or marine asset. We can assemble a team according to the client’s needs and ensure that the project team ensures that the new build or conversion is carried out in accordance with the contract, the specifications, Client’s expectations and Class / Flag requirements. We do have the necessary skills to ensure the project stays within budget and on schedule.

Project control activities include

• Development and implementation of project procedures

• Review of machinery and equipment purchase orders and specifications

• Monitoring of work progress and testing

• Monitoring of quality control of each activity throughout the project.

• Attendance at formal safety meetings

• Attendance at Factory Acceptance Trials

• Attendance during sea trials and inclining experiments

• Reporting to the client on a regular basis at the clients request
